The process of construction starts off with the initial consultation with the purchasers, government official approvals, and discussions. Based on the location and building plan, necessary excavations, leveling, and filling are often undergone to prepare the site. Foundation work is done based on drawings provided by the architect. Based on the soil type and water level table of the area, the depth and size of the foundation is decided. Then the superstructure with beams and columns is raised above the plinth level of the building.
After the construction work is completed, furniture work, electrical fitting, switchboard, drainage systems and plumbing fittings are made to complete in the kitchen and bathrooms areas.
